Now that the water temperature has dropped and the rainbow lakes have been stocked for the autumn, catch numbers have increased dramatically.

It is good to see that a graying was caught yesterday on Beat D, near the riffle.

The rainbow lakes have been restocked and as the temperature has dropped significantly, catch and release is back. As always, we urge members to be ultra-careful when releasing fish. – Andrew Thompson

The water temperature at Great Springs is 17 degrees. The cold nights should bring the temperature down to a level that will enable the autumn stocking of the rainbow lakes.
