Luffs is a short walk through the woods from the fishing lodge at Great Springs. It is the largest of the lakes at over two acres. If you don’t want to walk from the lodge, Luffs has its own car park and a fisherman’s hut. There is good access to the water from all banks.
Luffs is longer and narrower than the other lakes. It is in open ground and there is usually a ripple on the water. There are good buzzer hatches throughout the season. Luffs fishes well in the summer, particularly from the road bank where the water is deepest.
Luffs is a rainbow only water.
