Little Springs is a very pretty lake directly below Great Springs. It takes the water flowing through and around Great Springs as it goes down the valley.
The lake is surrounded on all sides by mature broad leaf trees but there is ample room for a back cast. It was drained and excavated during the winter of 2007.
As with Great Springs the trout are free rising and good sport can be had on the dry fly. The lake is just under one acre and is a rainbow only water. The trout have a minimum weight of 1 ½ lbs, a number of much larger fish are also stocked. All fish caught must be retained.
Little Springs shares car parking and the fishing lodge with Great Springs.
