“The water temperature at Great Springs on Saturday was 19 degrees, too hot for the trout. The river was cooler and there were fish to be found close to the bottom. The lower lake at Little Bognor was cooler and sheltered from the wind, fish were regularly rising for buzzers and an emerger produced good results.”
