With the water temperature back below 18 degrees centigrade, the catch and release option has resumed on the rainbow trout lakes.

We have acquired a new work punt to help us keep weed growth under control in the future.

For the next two weeks, we will be augmenting the main riffles on the Estate’s stretch of the Rother, beginning with those on the coarse fishing stretch below Coultershaw. We anticipate moving up to the riffles on the trout fishing stretch at the end of this week. When planning your next Rother trip, please contact the bailiff for the latest on the whereabouts of the current work site.
