Repairs to the river access tracks begin today, starting with the old railway line. The annual mid-summer ‘high vegetation’ cut is nearly complete, so members should find it easier to cast.

Successful flies used last week included:

Brown trout ponds: Caddis, Klinkhammer, Diawl Bach, Olive

River: Caenis, CDC emerger, Alder fly, Black sedge, Black nymph
