A still, autumnal morning at Little Bognor
Autumn fishing got well underway on the lakes this week, with a large variety of flies providing some good sport. Fine sport is also still available on the river, as we enter the last two weeks of the season there …
Successful flies included:
Rainbow trout lakes: Shrimp, Damsel, Ally McCoist, Montana, Coachman, Connemara black, Tadpole, Buzzer, Black nymph, Olive nymph.
Brown trout lakes: Daddy, Klinkhammer, Sedge, Black gnat.
River: Daddy, GRHE, Olive, White, Black Wooly Bugger, Caenis, Beaded stonefly, Damsel.
