This update covers the last two weeks.

Lakes – members visited the lakes on a total of 86 occasions over the last two weeks and caught 58 trout including a fish of 3lb from Little Bognor. Thirteen fish were retained.

The lakes at Little Bognor are productive because the water temperature is 4 degrees lower than the rainbow lakes (16 degrees and 20 degrees).

River – members visited the river on 14 occasions over the last two weeks and caught 10 trout, 4 of which were retained.

The heavy rain caused the river to overflow the banks but the river is at last fishable once again! Four of the fish from the river were caught this weekend.
